This document sets out the general Terms & Conditions for use of the jj99 platform (jj99.world). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or playing any game on jj99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all clauses described herein. Use of the JJ99 platform is subject to full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. After registration, JJ99 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of a photo ID and a recent proof of address (issued within the last 90 days).
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date. jj99 is not liable for delays in withdrawals or communications caused by outdated information provided by the user.
Each user is fully responsible for all activity on their jj99 account. This includes bets placed, deposits, withdrawals, bonus acceptance, and any other interaction with the platform.
Users must keep their password confidential and never share it with anyone. jj99 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to support immediately.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact jj99 support immediately via live chat or by email at suporte@jj99.world. jj99 may temporarily suspend the account while investigating in order to protect you.
Bets placed before the unauthorized access was reported are considered valid, unless it can be demonstrated that they were made by a third party without the account holder's consent.
Maintaining more than one active account on jj99 using the same CPF, email address, phone number, or device is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts that are detected will be closed and balances held for review. Users who attempt to circumvent this rule may have all their accounts permanently banned.
Jj99 exclusively accepts payment methods available in Brazil:
The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional confirmation in line with compliance requirements.
Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of the request, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight hours. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are always processed to the same method and account used for the deposit, to ensure security and compliance with anti-fraud regulations.
Before the first withdrawal, the user must complete KYC verification. Withdrawals requested prior to KYC approval will be held until verification is complete. jj99 commits to processing KYC within 24 hours of receiving full documentation.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted into real balance by meeting the rollover requirements of the corresponding promotion. Real balance may be withdrawn at any time, provided the user has completed KYC and the balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount.
Jj99 does not charge fees for Pix withdrawals. For TED withdrawals, standard bank transfer fees may apply as determined by the user's financial institution. jj99 does not control and will not reimburse third-party banking fees.
All bets placed on jj99 are binding at the moment of confirmation by the user. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled — except in situations provided for in these terms, such as event postponement or odds errors.
Jj99 covers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), Superliga de Vôlei, Formula 1, tennis, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and other sports available on the platform.
Live bets are accepted while the market is open. jj99 may temporarily suspend live markets during key moments (goal, red card, ejection) to recalculate odds. Bets placed during a suspension will be automatically rejected.
Full or partial cash-out is available on most live bets and some pre-match bets, as indicated on the platform. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and may change up until the moment of confirmation. jj99 reserves the right to withhold cash-out on low-liquidity markets or during market suspensions.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and the amounts are returned to users' balances. If an event is postponed by up to 12 hours, bets remain valid. Postponements of more than 12 hours result in bets being voided and amounts refunded.
For outright (tournament) bets, cancelled events or events not completed within the competition's scheduled timeframe will result in the cancellation of that specific selection, with the staked amount refunded. For accumulators containing a void selection, that selection is removed and the odds are recalculated.
Jj99 strives to keep odds accurate and up to date. In the event of an obvious pricing error — odds clearly out of market due to a system error — jj99 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those incorrect odds, notifying the user by email and refunding the full amount wagered. Bets placed at incorrect odds that were already settled before the error was identified are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All casino games available on jj99 are provided by internationally certified suppliers — PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others. Results are generated by an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and GLI. The RTP (Return to Player) published for each game is the RTP configured by the certified provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction — connection drop, software error, or server interruption — jj99 applies the following rules: if the round was not completed, the wagered amount is returned to the user's balance. If the round was completed but the result was not recorded correctly, jj99 may review the server logs to determine the correct outcome.
Jj99 is not responsible for losses caused by connection issues on the user's end (unstable internet, power outage, etc.). We recommend playing on a stable connection.
Some games may be excluded from bonus rollover requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. This information is provided on each promotion's page. As a general rule, slots contribute 100%, Sports Betting contributes between 10% and 100% depending on the odds, and live table games may contribute less or be excluded from certain promotions.
Each jj99 promotion has its own eligibility criteria. As a general rule, welcome bonuses are exclusive to new users on their first deposit. Recurring promotions (weekly cashback, weekend reloads, etc.) may have minimum activity requirements — such as making at least one deposit or a set number of bets during the week.
Every JJ99 bonus carries a rollover requirement (also referred to as wagering or turnover) that specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real balance. The requirements are:
Bonuses have an expiration period of 30 days from the credit date. Unused bonus balances that expire within the set period are automatically cancelled with no impact on the user's real balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj99 platform:
Jj99 uses automated anti-fraud systems and a dedicated team to detect suspicious behavior. Accounts involved in any of the conduct listed above will be closed, and retained balances may be confiscated depending on the severity of the violation. jj99 cooperates with Brazilian authorities where there is evidence of criminal activity.
Users may request the closure of their JJ99 account at any time, without needing to provide a reason, via live chat or by emailing suporte@jj99.world. Prior to closure, any available real balance may be withdrawn via Pix. Unfulfilled bonus balances are cancelled upon account closure.
JJ99 may close or suspend an account in the following situations: breach of these Terms and Conditions, proven fraudulent conduct, a responsible gambling self-exclusion request, or an order from a competent Brazilian authority. In the event of closure due to a violation, the account balance may be held for review before any refund is issued.
Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, or bet) for more than 12 months are considered inactive. JJ99 may notify the user of their inactivity by email. After 24 months of total inactivity, JJ99 may charge a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 5.00 on the remaining balance, until the balance runs out or the user reactivates their account.
